Frank Sadeghi is one of the two founding members of the SPBA. Through much of his efforts, the fledgling association of professionals began an upward flight to become a premiere organization of accomplished business people. Frank’s intent in concept for the association was to grow with quality, not quantity. That was the rallying point and greatly responsible for the success the SPBA has enjoyed.

Frank is very well known throughout Ocean County and Toms River, the town in which he resides and maintains his business, Morgan Engineering. In his 15 years of engineering business he has focused much of his work in subdivision and commercial building land and site planning. His accomplishments as a professional engineer and land surveyor has reached much past Ocean County. Nearly half of his clients are in the north New Jersey areas of Bergen, Warren, Passaic, Essex and Hudson Counties.
