Our sincerest thanks to Juan Bellu who led us to a very successful and growth filled 2 years. Juan’s direction, foresight and determination to create a better SPBA was more than fulfilled. He renewed the enthusiasm of the group and it’s officers and board.

Our new president, Frank Sadeghi, will announce his agenda for continued growth and direction for the SPBA. Frank, as is Juan, very adept at heading and managing a group and creating maximum benefit with minimal cost. We wish Frank and the new officers and board the very best in their term.

SPBA Spotlight – Frank Sadeghi, P.E., C.M.E.

Frank Sadeghi is one of the two founding members of the SPBA. Through much of his efforts, the fledgling association of professionals began an upward flight to become a premiere organization of accomplished business people. Frank’s intent in concept for the association was to grow with quality, not quantity. That was the rallying point and greatly responsible for the success the SPBA has enjoyed.

Frank is very well known throughout Ocean County and Toms River, the town in which he resides and maintains his business, Morgan Engineering. In his 15 years of engineering business he has focused much of his work in subdivision and commercial building land and site planning. His accomplishments as a professional engineer and land surveyor has reached much past Ocean County. Nearly half of his clients are in the north New Jersey areas of Bergen, Warren, Passaic, Essex and Hudson Counties. Frank credits his growing satisfied clientele to “good news travels fast, but bad news travels faster”. Obviously, Frank’s news is good and is as fast as most people’s bad news.

In conversation just last week Frank stated, that mistakes happen and a quick cure is much better than a good excuse. The success of Morgan Engineering is that they do not shirk their responsibilities and always endeavor to provide the best result to which a client is entitled. Obviously, they are doing it right. During these difficult economic times, Morgan Engineering’s business has increased by 35% more over the same time a year ago. Morgan Engineering can be reached at 732.270.9690.
